Ben 10 Heat Blast Xlr8 Review

Ben 10 Heat Blast Xlr8, which has an odd title, features two Ben 10 aliens merged as one, in a scrolling obstacle/shooter, arcade style. It’s powered by Flash, which means there are limitations to overcome. Games of this genre can be fun, but does this Ben1O example cut it?

Gameplay: Mouse controls are honestly seldom a good choice, but they work well enough here. The idea is to run down the road, infinitely left to right, dodging cars and shooting enemies. It works, though move with the mouse and click to fire tend to clash. The one problem is a lack of a title screen, loading right into the gameplay with no warning.

Graphics: It looks average, the background blurs by at ridiculous speeds, and the player sprites are passable. The car models are pretty good but look a lot like props in the setting. Could look worse, but it definitely could look better as well.

Sound: Aside from a bit of the credits theme on game over, it has only motor sounds. A personal soundtrack is needed for lengthy play.

Things to Fix: Make it look better, add a title screen, and flesh out the gameplay a tad.

Final Thoughts: Not bad for what it is, but kind of rushed, and not that inspiring.

How My Toaster Oven Improved My Life!

Before I had a toaster oven, took me so long to cook meals for my family. After I purchased one, I simply couldn’t believe how I lived without it. That’s why I started my website full of toaster oven reviews on the Internet, so I can tell everybody about how much I love them. You can get a toaster oven that works just as well as a regular oven, and you can cook almost anything in it that you would cooked in a regular oven, too.

There a lot of different manufacturers of toaster ovens, but my favorite by far is Black & Decker, which will probably be a very familiar name to you. They have a lot of different kitchen items available at a great price, and you can’t go wrong with any Black & Decker toaster oven.

I could never go back to using a regular oven all the time. Toaster ovens are an awesome invention!

SMS: What is It?

SMS stands for Short Message Service. It is a text communication service which is part of phone, web, and other mobile communication systems. SMS uses a standardized communication protocol which facilitates the exchange of short text messages (up to 160 characters) between mobile phone or fixed line devices. SMS is the most widely utilized data application in the world with about 2.4 billion active users. That is 74 percent of all the mobile subscribers in the world make use of this form of communication. SMS originated from the text that was being communicated with radio pagers. This was later included into the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) series of standards circa 1985. Service support for mobile technologies such as satellite and landline networks, as well as ANSI CDMA networks and Digital AMPS, has been implemented. That having been said, the most common communication of the SMS is still from one mobile phone device to another.
